Igloo Reservations
Please read the information below regarding our Igloo reservations. Fill out the form and someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours. After we confirm your booking with you, you will receive a confirmation email which will need to be brought with you and given/shown to the host stand when checking in.
We do not take a deposit nor do we have a minimum spend for our igloos. Please be courteous and give us a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your reservation.

- Igloos are available by reservation only
- Minimum of 6 people are required for a reservation with a maximum of 8 people
- Maximum time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes per reservation
- We have a total of 4 igloos with 2 time slots available for each time. Monday thru Thursday we will have the following sessions of seating (4:00pm, 4:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:15pm, 8:00pm, 8:15pm)
- We have a total of 4 igloos with 2 time slots available for each time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will have the following sessions of seating (12:00pm, 12:15pm, 2:00pm, 2:15pm, 4:00pm, 4:15pm, 6:00pm, 6:15pm, 8:00pm, 8:15pm)
- Failure to show up 15 minutes past your scheduled time will result in cancellation of your reservation (strictly enforced)
- Igloos are heated with an electric heater, have a blue tooth speaker so you can pair with your phone and play the music of your choice
- We will be offering our full food and bar menu in the Igloos
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind allowed in the igloos.
- Though the igloos are heated, you are still outside so please dress accordingly. You can always take a layer off if you get a little to warm.
- Someone from District 37 will reach out to you after submitting your request. Your reservation will then be confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent which will need to be provided to the host stand upon checking in for your reservation.
Once your request is submitted, we will be in touch within 24-48 hours
Submitting this form does not guarantee that you booked a reservation. Once your form is submitted, someone will reach out to you to confirm your reservation. If we are booked for that time slot we will offer you another available timeslot. After we reach out to you to confirm your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email which will need to be shown/brought with you to the host stand when checking in.
